Pretty happy with this breakfast.
One small fruit, yogurt and granola parfait (I made myself. lol)
One small glass of orange juice.
One small glass of chocolate milk.
YAY for not eating junk!

I looked up why my arms are so heavy...
Fibromyalgia was one of the mentioned issues.
I have almost every single symptom of it.
Maybe my mom was right. Maybe I do have it.
My arms are so heavy that I actually want to cry...
Someone be proud of me.
